A downloadable tool

i think it's fun.

this accounts for the 26-letter latin alphabet, as well as apostrophe, comma, semicolon, and period. it will also do spaces.

i might update this with numbers and some more punctuation at some point but that would depend on me finding a new pretty unicode block to play with.

huh. there's a bug in deciphering that i didn't notice in my initial testing. unsure if i'll be able to fix this one without a major rewrite.

the good news is i'm fairly sure it's a problem with the code and not a problem with the cipher itself.
